PERU Santa Tereza Geisha

Santa Teresa Farm was awarded 5th place in the 2021 COE. The owner of the farm, Andres Torres Goicochea, purchased 11.5 hectares of land in 2010, but said it was difficult to access the farm because there were no roads and no lights. He later distributed the farm to his children and runs it as a family business. The farm gradually became more like a farm, secured a water source and started to produce electricity with solar panels. Above all, Mr. Andres, who we are now introducing, introduces the breed of geisha and begins to produce geisha in earnest. The geisha produced in this way receives 89 points in the COE and takes fifth place. 

- The grape flavor is very attractive with the fragrant floral scent. The freshly brewed cup is full of luxurious floral scent, and as it cools, you can feel the winey acidity along with the scent of grapes. And it's also very complex.

산타테레사 농장은 2021년 COE에서 5위를 수상했습니다. 농장주인 Andres Torres Goicochea씨는 2010년도도에 11.5 헥타르 규모의 땅을 구입했지만 도로와 불빛이 없어서 농장에 접근하는게 참 까다로웠다고 합니다. 후에 자녀들에게 농장을 배분하고 패밀리 사업으로 운영하고 있습니다. 농장은 점차 농장다워 지며 수원도 확보하고 태양광패널로 전기도 생산하기 시작했죠. 무엇보다 지금 소개해드리는 Mr Andres씨가 게이샤  품종을 전해주면서 본격적으로 게이샤를 생산하게됩니다. 이렇게 생산된 게이샤는 COE에서 89점을 받으며 5위를 수상합니다. 향기로운 꽃향에 포도맛이 참 매력적입니다.

- 갓 내린 CUP에선 꽃향기가 가득하며 식어갈수록 포도향과 함께 와이니한 산미가 느껴집니다. 그리고 매우 복합적이기도합니다.
