CNR BLEND 317  

317 is the first coffee blend from Coffee Nap Roasters, which is a combination of India, Guatemala and El Salvador. In the specialty coffee area, we envisioned quality coffee that can be enjoyed comfortably every day without any resistance to acidity. flavorfull body, the lingering aftertaste of chocolate, and the subtle berry scent make the 317 even more attractive. The blend name of 317 refers to the number of farmers working in the three coffee regions combined, and we hope their experience will continue to be respected in the increasingly commercialized production process.

317은 인도, 과테말라, 엘살바도르의 조합으로 이뤄진 커피냅로스터스의 첫 번째 블렌드 커피입니다. 우리는  스페셜티 커피 영역 안에서 산미의 거부감 없이 매일 편하게 즐길 수 있는 질 좋은 커피를 상상했습니다.  익숙한 것에서 특별함을 원했던 우리는 많은 시행착오를 겪었고 지금도 CNR 로스터는 더 나은 317을 위해 많은 시간을 투자하고 있습니다. 317은 풍미 가득한 바디감, 초콜릿을 베어 문 듯한  좋은 단맛을 가지고 있습니다. 더하여 은은한 베리 향이 317을 더욱 매력적으로 느껴지게 합니다. . 317의 블렌드 명칭은 조합된 세 곳의 커피 산지에서 일하는 농부의 수를 의미하며  점점 상업화 되어가는 생산 과정에서 이들의 경험이 지속적으로  존중받기를 바랍니다.

CNR BLEND 218

218 has produced by combining green coffee beans from two farms in Ethiopia in a 1:1 ratio. I wanted to solve the problem of single origin, where green coffee beans, which were as deteriorated due to changes in crop yield due to climate change. It was developed while solving the problem of how to provide a sustainable CUP, and the roaster maintains a very delicate roasting profile. Floral scent, pleasant fruity acidity and quality sweetness are the perfect blend 218.

218은 에디오피아 2곳의 농장에서 수확되는 생두를 1:1 비율로 조합하여 생산됩니다. 커피냅로스터스의 두 번째 블렌드 커피이며 그간 싱글오리진으로 제공되었던 생두가 기후변화의 영향으로 기존의 CUP이 변질되는 싱글 오리진의 문제점을 해결하고 싶었습니다. 어떻게 지속 가능한 CUP을 제공 할수있을지에 대한 고민을  풀어가며 개발되었고 로스터는 아주 섬세한 로스팅 프로파일에 집중합니다. 은은한 꽃향기 그리고 기분 좋은 과일의 산미 그리고 질 좋은 단맛이 완벽한 블렌드 218입니다.

218 has sweet scent of flowers with tastes of berries. Its tastes more like tea than coffee. Through your last sip, you will taste like honey.

달콤한 꽃 향기와 베리류 과일이 느껴지며 무겁지 않아 차 처럼 즐길 수 있는 마지막 한 모금이 꿀 같은 커피입니다.

CNR BLEND 420

The Blend 420, which took the most trial and error and took a long time, was developed to present a slightly more special coffee that is good for focusing only on coffee. The citrus acidity, hard body, complexity, intense sweetness, various profiles of roasting and the final-decided 420 of Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica and Colombia were very close to roaster's imagination, and the number of enthusiasts is increasing.

시행착오가 가장 많았으며 오랜 시간이 걸린 블렌드 420은 조금 더 특별한, 오롯이 커피에만 집중하기 좋은 커피를 소개하고자 개발되었습니다. 은은함 보다는 직관적인 시트러스 한 산미와 탄탄한 바디감,  복합성 그리고 농도 짙은 단맛을 구현하기 위해 로스팅의 매우 다양한 프로파일 시도가 있었으며 최종적으로 결정된 에디오피아, 케냐, 코스타리카, 콜롬비아의 조합까지 이렇게 개발된 420은 로스터의 상상에 매우 가까웠으며 점점 매니아층이 늘어나고 있습니다.

CNR BLEND XXX

We wanted to present our partner ALLY, our partner as a roastery brand, with a blend coffee at a reasonable unit price in addition to the existing specialty blend. In other words, I thought about an alternative to supply for B2B only, and eventually developed xxx for a long time. It is not a blend made up of only the exceptionally high quality grade, but rather a combination of the premium grade and the appropriate specialty grade. It is a blend centered on the inherent sweetness and body of coffee, which is familiar to many people, rather than the specificity of the fruit's acidity and complexity. With a combination of Brazil, Honduras and Ethiopia, the roasting point shares the same profile as Coffee Nap Roasters Main Blend 317. The clean cup, and reasonable supply price explain the reason for this coffee. The name of xxx is the sign of 000 for the last point of Coffee Nap Roasters, and it is another special blend of coffee.
